      Veterinary Physical Therapy is a comprehensive textbook about small animals and equine rehabilitation.
Co-authored by Solange Mikail and Claudio Ronaldo Pedro, two eminent veterinarian physical therapists, the textbook covers the full spectrum in this exciting field of animal treatment. Prominent Brazilian animal professionals moreover contribute their latest research and improved techniques to make the text a collaborative and highly coordinated effort.

      The information layout consists of a presentation of the principal methods of physical therapy used in animal rehabilitation; the equine and small animals most common orthopedic problems followed by the physical therapy approach. About the authors:

Solange Mikail - A graduate from UNESP University in Brazil in veterinary medicine and presently completing a master degree in the field at Sao Paulo University.
 Solange Mikail has worked extensively in the equine physical therapy the past twelve years. She has given lectures on her sports animal research and spoken at international symposiums and congresses. She runs intensive courses for equine physical therapy in Brazil and other countries.

Claudio Ronaldo Pedro - A graduate in veterinary medicine from UFF University and physical therapy from UNIBAN University, Claudio Ronaldo Pedro has worked with small animal physical therapy for the past twelve years. He has completed his Masters degree at Sao Paulo University in the field.

Other contributing authors, considered leaders in their field, work in various parts of Brazil and were proudly selected to contribute to this project.
